About Sheikh Muhammad al-Tablawi
He is Muhammad Mahmoud al-Tablawi, an Egyptian reciter and imam, born in 1934.
Muhammad al-Tablawi began memorizing the Quran at the age of four and completed it by the age of ten.
Al-Tablawi was nicknamed "The Owner of the Golden Throat." He passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2020, corresponding to Ramadan 12, 1441 AH, at the age of 86 after suffering from illness.
