Sheikh Fares Abbad was born in the capital, Sana'a, on April 11, 1980.
His interest in the Holy Quran was evident from an early age. He memorized and completed the entire Quran while attending memorization schools in several mosques in Sana'a. He graduated from the model memorization classes established at the Bilal bin Rabah Mosque.
Sheikh Abbad currently works as a Quran reciter for Al-Majd Satellite Channel.
